The Set Table Favorites Cookbook
This cookbook has been years in the making. I started my foray into the food industry in 2014, while living in Okinawa, Japan. There, I established a meal kit delivery service, called The Set Table. Its focus was to bring pre-measured fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes to families each week. Since then, I have expanded into catering and charcuterie, as well as owning a brick and mortar cafe.
To date, I have written over 500 recipes that were used throughout each of these arms of my business. The recipes in this book include some of the most popular and often-requested meals, and I hope they will become treasured in your home!
Inside, you'll find over 50 recipes. There are crockpot meals, vegetarian options, and make-ahead tips. Cuisine types range from classic American dishes, to those with Mexican, Chinese, Thai, German, and Vietnamese influence.
