I founded this meal kit delivery service in Okinawa, Japan to fill a hole in the market for military members and their families. Each week, customers received up to 5 meal kits with all of the pre-measured ingredients they needed to cook a delicious meal at home. During this time, I was the sole recipe developer for all meals that customers prepared, totaling over 500 recipes.
