How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Boards We request 48 hour advanced ordering for any of our boxes and boards. If you are interested in a grazing table for an event, please contact us directly to work out the details.
Grazing Tables/Catering Grazing tables typically require at least a 2 week notice, however, exceptions may be able to be accommodated based on availability.
When and where do you deliver?
We deliver our boards within a 15 mile driving radius of our kitchen in Quantico, VA. We also offer free pickup in Quantico (you must have base access for this option). For catering and tablescapes, we service most locations within a 1.5 hr driving radius of Quantico!
Delivery is $5 for on base in Quantico, and $20 within a 15 mile radius off base from Quantico. In order to receive the $5 flat fee for delivery on Quantico, you must enter discount code ONBASE at checkout. This code will only be honored for orders with a delivery zip code of 22134. All other delivery orders will be charged at the regular $20 delivery rate.
If you are outside our normal delivery radius, please contact us first for a delivery quote.
Pickup availability is as follows:
9 am-3 pm Mon-Fri. 9 am-12 pm Sat/Sun. (Contact us first to make arrangements if these windows do not work for you!)
Charcuterie board delivery is currently available Mon-Fri 9 am-3 pm, along with weekend mornings. Please contact us if you are looking for a special order outside of these windows and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
After making your board selection, click on the cart page to select store pickup or local delivery, as well as your desired date and time. Please note that when selecting a time for delivery, we will do our best to deliver at the exact time, but please allow for a 1 hr delivery window beginning 30 mins before your selected time up to 30 mins after this time.
When ordering for pickup, please be on time, as we often have other pickups and deliveries that are time sensitive. We cannot guarantee that we can wait at the pickup location for longer than 15 mins after the scheduled pickup time. If an issue arises, please call, text, or email us to make us aware and we will work out a solution!
Help! I need to cancel my order!
We understand that things come up and plans can change. Any orders cancelled 7 days or more in advance are eligible to receive a full refund. Orders cancelled between 4 days and 1 week in advance can choose between a 50% refund or a 100% credit that can be used at a later date. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup/delivery time.
Can you create custom boards or grazing tables for my event?
Yes, we love to do this! If you have a board you love, shoot us a picture of it along with the dimensions and we will quote a price to fill it with lots of our goodies!
Looking to feed a crowd? Whether you are serving 10 people or 200, we can create a grazing table to fit your needs. Pricing starts at $20+ per person, depending on selections requested. We offer traditional charcuterie as well as appetizer and main course selections!
What is included my order?
In addition to the fruits, veggies, cheeses, meats, and accoutrements listed for each board, you will also receive the following:
*plastic containers and/or glass jars (used for local honey and jams)

Where do you get your ingredients?
We take pride in sourcing locally whenever possible! All of our fruits, vegetables, and honey are procured from local farmers and markets when available. To learn more about our other makers, please visit our Meet Our Partners page!
Do you accommodate any dietary restrictions?
We will make every effort to support any dietary restrictions you may have. Please shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any specific questions or requests!
I have a food allergy, can you ensure that my board does not contain certain things?
We can absolutely omit certain ingredients or make substitutions based on food allergies or dietary restrictions. However, our kitchen space processes nuts and dairy, and we cannot guarantee that there will not be cross-contamination when preparing your order. If you have a food allergy, please be sure to make a note on your order!
Do you have vegan options?
Yes! Our crudite and fruit boards are both vegan, except for the local honey that accompanies the board. The honey is served in a sealed glass jar. If you would prefer that we leave out the honey entirely, please just drop us a line in the note section when placing your order! We also offer vegan exclusive boards that feature vegan cheese, as well as homemade cashew-cheese balls.
Should I store my board in the fridge?
Yes, please keep your boards refrigerated until about 30 mins before you are ready to serve.
How long will my board last?
Your board is composed with the intention to serve it on the day of pickup/delivery. If you would like to order the day before you plan to serve, just let us know and we will wrap in plastic wrap to better preserve the contents!
