Charcuterie Board

Want a little bit of everything?  This is the board for you!  You'll receive a selection of fresh fruits and veggies, Internationally sourced cheeses, handcrafted meats, nuts, dried fruit, pure Virginia honey, mustard/preserves, and other accoutrements.  

*If you would like a vegetarian board with no meat, please drop us a note at checkout and we will swap the meat on the board with extra cheese.  We will also be sure to use only cheeses made with non-animal based rennet.

Due to the seasonal nature of our ingredients, the contents of the board are subject to change based on availability.

SIZES:
MINI serves 1 adult as a main appetizer.  this is the perfect solo box, or good to share with another as a snack.  contains an assortment of 1-2 meats, 2 cheeses, 2 oz. hummus, veggies, fruit
ADVENTURE serves 2-3 adults as a heavy appetizer, more if grazing.  contains an assortment of 2 meats, 2+ cheeses, 2 oz. hummus, veggies, fruit, preserves
SQUAD serves 4-6 adults as a heavy appetizer, more if grazing.  contains 2 meats and 2+ cheeses.  comes with veggies, fruit, honey, preserves, and choice of 4 oz. dip
STANDARD serves 8-12 adults as a heavy appetizer, more if grazing.  contains 3 meats and 3+ cheeses. comes with veggies, fruit, honey, preserves, and choice of 8 oz. dip
BOUGIE serves 20-24 adults as a heavy appetizer, more if grazing.  contains 4+ meats and 4+ cheeses. comes with veggies, fruit, honey, grainy mustard, preserves, and choice of 16 oz. dip

DIP CHOICES: (all made from scratch in our kitchen!)
HUMMUS a traditional creamy hummus (V, DF, GF)
VEGGIE DIP a sour cream based dip with minced veggies and spices (VEG, GF)
SPINACH DIP a sour cream/mayo based dip with spinach, garlic, and chives (GF)

PICKUP/DELIVERY INFORMATION:
We deliver within a 15 mile driving radius of our kitchen in Quantico, VA.  We also offer free pickup in Quantico (you must have base access for this option).

Delivery is $5 for on base in Quantico, and $20 within a 15 mile radius off base from Quantico.

Pickup availability is as follows:
9 am-3 pm Mon-Fri.   9 am-12 pm Sat/Sun. (Contact us first to make arrangements if these windows do not work for you!)

Delivery is currently available Mon-Fri 9 am-3 pm, along with weekend mornings.  Please contact us if you are looking for a special order outside of these windows and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  

After making your board selection, click on the cart page to select store pickup or local delivery, as well as your desired date and time.  Please note that when selecting a time for delivery, we will do our best to deliver at the exact time, but please allow for a 1 hr delivery window beginning 30 mins before your selected time up to 30 mins after this time.

We build our boards on eco-friendly palm leaf trays or wood sheets.  While these are yours to keep, we recommend for them to be single-use.
